SHIPPING
- All weekday online sales are shipped within 24 hours of being ordered. There is a flat fee of $15.00 for all domestic orders, a $25.00 fee for all US orders, and a $55.00 fee for all international orders.
- You will be billed in CAD dollars.

- Please note that the amount of time that the shipment takes to arrive to you is an approximation. All orders are sent standard Canada Post, unless otherwise specified by the buyer.
- If you require a tracking number, please notify us by email and we will inform you of the extra charge if applicable.
- Violet is not responsible for any delays that the courier incurs.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, in original condition with tags still attached and shoes must be in their original box.
- No returns or exchanges on sale items or jewelry, all sales items will be FINAL SALE.
- Refunds are not offered on any items.
